CSAT

CSAT (short for customer satisfaction) tracks how satisfied customers are with your product(s). It is most commonly implemented through CSAT surveys. These are customer satisfaction surveys that record customer sentiment through a customer satisfaction score.

CSAT surveys use a rating scale of 1-5, with a 1 rating meaning very dissatisfied and a 5 rating meaning very satisfied.

Survey responses provide you with insights into how customers feel about your product as well as feedback on the overall customer experience.
