FAQs

How do you define and count MTU?

MTU stands for Monthly Tracked Users. The MTU count is defined as the number of unique end-users who've sent at least one event in the respective month.

How do you handle MTU overages?

We’ll contact you to upgrade, if you go over. Accounts with overages will get disabled after 30 days, if the account isn’t upgraded. Disabled accounts won’t receive new data.

On the Free plan there's no charges for overages. However, the data retention is low on the Free plan.
