Senior designer

At Bucket, our mission is to empower product teams to deliver impactful features that delight and retain customers. We do this by providing product teams with the feedback they need to make better decisions leading to a massive boost in R&D productivity.

It’s a very exciting time to join Bucket. We’ve recently closed our latest round of funding and launched the product publicly. You’ll be joining a 10-person team and working on taking Bucket to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with our existing designer and our two founders,
  • Initially, you’ll be designing for marketing purposes to level up Bucket externally, like marketing pages, campaign materials blog, onboarding pages. (We get inspired by companies like Linear, Stripe, Raycast, and similar)
  • Eventually, you will also be designing features and UI in the product.
  • Initiating new and creative ideas, that can lead to new campaigns or product features.
  • Potentially doing animations for the marketing pages and in the product.
  • Ensuring that Bucket’s design output stays consistently high across all channels.

What we need from you

  • You're based in time zone GMT +2 to GMT -5.
  • You get excited by truly well-designed B2B software, from marketing pages to the app itself.
  • You can produce designs that are aesthetically top tier.
  • You’re ambitious and can lead projects with a high level of autonomy.
  • You’re comfortable with startup ambiguity.
  • You have previously worked in a B2B SaaS company, or very similar.
  • You’re quality- and detail-oriented.
  • You’re proactive and self-driven.
  • You thrive in a distributed environment.
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS designer, or similar.
  • You have experience with Figma.
  • You have a clear understanding of how CSS works.
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with React and/or Webflow.
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with motion graphics and animations.
