Bucket in 60 seconds

We’ve built Bucket to give B2B product teams a better way to release features, from gradual rollout to customer satisfaction.

We do this by feature flagging product updates and automatically reporting on customer engagement and feedback on those releases so that product teams can act quickly and iterate on the features that matter to customers.

Rollout

When you've marked a project as Done on Linear, you're ready to deploy your feature release. That's where Bucket takes over. You use Bucket's feature flags to roll out your feature.

Evaluate

Next, you set goals for your feature release to evaluate success and understand what to iterate.

You can create goals based on the STARS step, adoption rate, satisfaction rate, feedback count, usage frequency, and more.

Setting release goals

After setting goals, you launch the feature and start evaluating it. Bucket automatically tracks quantitative and qualitative leading indicators right out of the box.

Engagement metrics are tracked using STARS, a built-in open-source framework that tracks feature adoption and satisfaction per company.

Companies are automatically placed in one of the STARS stages based on feature usage activity and satisfaction.

Satisfaction scores and feedback are collected via Live Satisfaction, no-code in-app surveys. Define the minimum number of interactions a user needs with a feature before a survey is triggered to ensure they have tried it enough times to provide meaningful feedback.

Evaluating goals in Releases

Iterate

Customer feedback and release reporting automatically flow into a Slack channel of your choice to let you act on customer feedback quickly.

Qualitative feedback lets you contextualize quantitative metrics and make the most impactful iterations faster.
